On March 20, 2008 a small group from ASTD NNJ enjoyed an introduction to Appreciaiton Inquiry on the topic of "Energizing People and their Enterprise".

I used this PowerPoint presentation to lead a discussion after we had experienced the Disccovery interview on the above topic.

After the discovery interviews on the topic of "Energizing People and their Enterprise" we collected themes of the high points.  We have a list of what happens when people get into a highly engaged flow state and feel most energized as a consquence, no matter how hard it was.
